ETBC Strategic Plan & Action Plan – Have Your Say!
We’re excited to share the draft Strategic Plan and Action Plan with our club community!
The Strategic Plan is our overarching roadmap for the next 10 years. It sets out the long-term vision, priorities and goals that will guide the club’s direction – both on and off the field.
The Action Plan breaks this down into practical steps we can take each year to bring our vision to life. It outlines the key actions we can focus on in the short term to help us build toward our long-term goals.
The values and priorities captured in these plans were drawn from two Future Planning Workshops held in 2024, which brought together members from across our club. We’re now inviting feedback from all members to help ensure the plans reflect what matters most to our club.
The draft plans are now available, and we encourage everyone to take a look and share your thoughts.
